Stay healthy throughout the fall

The seasons are changing, and with the drop in temperatures comes the cold and flu season. With a few precautions, fall can be a jump in the leaves.

  1. Get a flu vaccination.
  2. Wash your hands.
  3. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
  4. Drink plenty of water.
  5. Get plenty of rest.
  6. Stay active.
  7. Test and replace your batteries.
  8. Don't drink and drive.
  9. Quit smoking.
  10. Take a multi-vitamin
